Receipts A.I is designed with your privacy as a top priority. We believe your financial data should stay yours and yours alone.

All your receipt data, including images and parsed information, is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your receipt data on our servers.

• Receipt images are saved to your device's local storage
• Parsed receipt data is stored in a local database on your device
• No data is uploaded to our servers
• No cloud sync or backup to our services

When you choose to use AI-powered receipt parsing, your receipt text is sent directly from your device to the AI provider you have configured (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or local AI servers).

• We do not act as an intermediary for AI requests
• Your data goes directly to the AI provider
• We have no access to your AI API keys
• API keys are stored securely on your device only

Please review the privacy policy of your chosen AI provider to understand how they handle your data.

We want to be transparent about our relationship with AI providers:

• We do not receive any payment, commission, or affiliate fees from AI providers when you use their services
• We have no financial incentive to recommend any particular AI provider
• Your choice of AI provider is entirely your own
• Using the built-in device parser requires no external services

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or telemetry services.

• No usage data is collected
• No crash reports are sent
• No personal information is gathered
• No third-party analytics SDKs are included

The app can function entirely offline using the built-in device parser. Internet connectivity is only required when:

• Using cloud-based AI providers for receipt parsing
• Checking for app updates (optional)

You can use the app completely offline with the device parser feature.

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual receipts at any time
• Clear all data from the Settings menu
• Uninstalling the app removes all associated data
• Export your data before deletion if needed
